A sliding door that sticks, drags, or leaks air is usually past the point of adjustment. The rollers wear, the frame racks, and the seal gives out — and because a patio door is the largest single opening in most homes, it leaks more energy than any window in the house.

The doors we install are vinyl with aluminum reinforcement in the frame, welded rather than mechanically fastened at the corners, and hung on heavy-duty rollers so they keep sliding easily years in. Glass options include argon fill and super spacers.

Two, three, and four panel configurations are available, so the opening does not have to be rebuilt to fit a standard door. Frame and handle colors are matched to the rest of the house.
