How we work
No pressure, and no surprises.
Most window companies in this valley run on commission. A salesperson comes out, quotes a number designed to be negotiated down, and calls you every week until you say yes. That is not how this works.
Windows and doors are sourced from Cascade Windows and Coeur d'Alene Window. The glass has Low-E coatings and argon gas between the panes — the two things that actually reduce heat transfer and show up on a power bill. Frames come in White, Almond, Clay, and Black, with grid styles matched to the house.
If your frames are sound and only the glass has failed, that is a repair, not a replacement, and it costs a fraction as much. We will say so.
- One person, start to finish
- You talk to Gordon when you call or text, and Gordon is who shows up. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you've never met.
- The estimate is the price
- The number in the estimate is the number on the invoice. No discovery fees, no day-of adjustments once the old window is out.
- We'll talk you out of it
- If a repair will hold, we'll tell you that instead of selling a replacement. Fogged glass usually doesn't need a whole new window.
- Clean when we leave
- Old units hauled away, glass swept up, the room put back the way we found it. That's part of the job, not an extra.
